After achieving the BSB60420 Advanced Diploma of Leadership and Management, students may undertake further study to Bachelor Degree or other Advanced Diploma Level qualifications.

Entry Requirements

Entry to this qualification is limited to those who:

Have completed a Diploma or Advanced Diploma from the BSB training package (current or superseded equivalent versions).

or Have two years’ equivalent full-time relevant workplace experience in an operational or leadership role in an enterprise.

All international students must be able to demonstrate an IELTS 5.0 level of English language or equivalent. They have either completed their education to a level which is equivalent to an Australian Senior High School, College or University and are over 18 years of age.

Course Duration

This program is delivered 20 hours’ / week full time study ,15 hours face-to-face and 5 hours online using Moodle as platform, entirely off-the-job at SIBN campus through a combination of face-to-face trainer-led classes and practical classes involving small group and individual activities.

  • Calendar Year: Seventy-eight (78) weeks
  • Academic Year: Sixty (60) weeks
  • Terms: 6 x 10 weeks = 60 weeks
  • Term breaks: 6x3 weeks = 18 weeks
  • Allocated hours: 900 face to face hours + 300 online hours = 1200 hours
